Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and stunning near the railwaystation, and the Madrid / Atocha train station. The breakfast was good with an amazing assortment, pastries to choose from, delicious offerings and served by the polite staff.

I came here with my friend. The room I had was updated and new-fashioned, came with full light blinding windows as well as nice linens. Efficient staff and everything was excellent. The location was excellent, at a short distance from Prado National Museum. The place was great looking, no complains at all, can recommend.

After a previous stay in madrid, this hotel offered a modern room and really good cleanliness. The staff were cute and helpful.

the shower water pressure was low.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the place where I was having a meeting and to Atocha station. Everything is very well, very correct and quiet room, wide and comfortable bed, place to work. Large bathroom with all the necessary equipment, especially the shower. Come on, what is needed at the end.

The price, even if it's right, is not the tightest. I didn't take breakfast because, however good it is, 19.90 euros is too much... it would be to sit down at 7.30 and not go out until 10.30. . At reception it took longer than usual to check in. Another customer arrived 5 minutes after me, and finished before me.. I was at the AC in Badajoz a month ago, and in two minutes everything was ready. They forgot to give me wifi access, so I had to call the reception to get it. Despite the very kind staff..

My partner and I chose this hotel for several reasons:. 1.The next thing that was to the Atocha station, because we were arriving in Ave, and because of the proximity to the Circo Price where we attended a concert. Both places are a stone's throw away. And the group stayed in the same hotel, what luck! 2. I found the staff to be very kind and friendly, as well as attentive to all our doubts. 3. The breakfast was fabulous the two days we spent in the hotel facilities. 4. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable and quiet bed. 5. The transport to move around the city was also very easy to take.

Despite being on the 6th floor I missed some interesting views, but I understand that the area is very central and that is what it encompasses. In the pictures of the web page you could see the attic terrace open where I was hoping to be, but it was closed in a very short time.

The staff were cute and the room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

Very good location. The rooms are clean, special thanks to the staff for cleaning the room, the noise insulation is good. Polite staff and what was important to me that the staff speaks French! The fitness room is comfortable. We arrived early and were immediately checked in, which we were very happy about! The room matched what was originally offered. Thank you very much for the good rest at your hotel. Tres bon emplacement. Les chambres sont propres, merci au personnel pour le nettoyage de la chambre, l'isolation est bonne. Le personnel poli et ce qui etait important pour moi, que le personnel parle francais! La salle de fitness est confortable. Nous sommes arrives plus tot et nous nous sommes installes immediatement, ce qui nous a fait tres plaisir! La chambre correspond a ce qu' avait ete propose a l'origine. Merci beaucoup pour un bon sejour a votre hotel.

great staff , but a bit lacking in views

I appreciated the newly renovated room with a spacious bathroom.

I felt it was great value for money, very clean, comfortable beds, good aircon and good breakfast!

Proximity to Atocha Train station, Prado Museum. Nice room setup and free mini-bar. Free internet at the lobby area.

If the free Wifi could extend to all rooms..

The hotel's decor was charming with modern touches, and the lobby felt cute. Plus, it was easy for seniors to navigate.

Room air conditioning needs improvement.

Door to close between room and bathroom

Charge me to keep one luggage even I will back to stay for another 2 night after 6 days. Euros about 21 for 6 days is expensive. Do not know if the minibar is free or not but it is free in AC Cardoba.

The staffs are nice and helpful! It is close with the train station but far from the city centre.
